You Win Some & Lose Some

Every team has a 50-50 chance at winning, and sadly your boys varsity basketball team couldn’t quite get a W against St. Marks Friday night. St. Marks showed just how physical and well-rounded their team can be.  And yes, even though the final score was 68-85, All Saints managed to fill the court with promising players.  Can’t wait to see what the future holds for the young and always improving All Saints team.

On a much more cheerful note, the All Saints girl’s varsity brought home a victory against Benbrook Friday night!  The girls are back on track with a 09-66 win.  A peak into the stat book would show that many players contributed to the overall point total for ASES, including Kate Ward and Samantha Selman.  A spotlight needs to be placed on point guard Brinkley Keetch who made 6 baskets with a cast on her left arm.. now that’s commitment!

Next up, both All Saints Varsity teams are back on the road together at the Episcopal School of Dallas (ESD) Tuesday, February 3rd.  Plan ahead and road trip to Dallas to show support for your Saints!
